The customer inspects and accepts the samples, and the final process is locked after minor adjustments. Mass production is then launched and delivered on schedule as agreed.

Through drawing standardization and DFM manufacturability analysis, we effectively reduce communication costs and avoid processing risks in advance. By adopting quick clamping and automated programming, we support orders starting from 1 piece, shortening sample lead times to 3–7 days while optimizing production scheduling for bulk orders. For challenges in material selection and surface finishing, we provide professional solution recommendations. Relying on high-precision CNC equipment and coordinate measuring machine (CMM) inspection, we issue complete inspection reports to ensure consistent precision between samples and mass-produced parts.

Based on the 2D/3D drawings provided by customers, we can complete the entire process from design optimization to sample production, supporting a variety of engineering plastics such as ABS, PC, PA, as well as diverse surface treatments including polishing, sandblasting, and electroplating.
